What is the point? Are you doing something different so that you don't get corrosion?

Or is the point that you are a lucky SOB?

A nasty way to prevent corrosion...axle grease on all terminals...I hate when customers do this...however these are the carts that never come in for battery cables lol

It is the terminal which is hardest to reach. My theory is it is not cleaned or maintained as well, if a little bit of corrosion is left on the terminal it grows back real fast...
No green stuff on any of our carts either Gman.

Maybe it has something to do with moisture leaking in from that black plastic cover-thing? Maybe just sitting down in the driver's seat causes a little moisture to leak down there, when the seat is depressed, more than on the passenger side?? Or something very subtle as was mentioned.....like the air-flow that's created every time the driver's seat is sat on.
You could do a test and always sit in the passenger's seat when you drive it and see if the other back terminal starts rusting..........but that wouldn't be too much fun. I've tried driving in that position and my feet get very confused!!

I liked JohnnieB's idea of just more "gassing" there. lol!

Just meticulous maintenance. It makes a difference.

I drive mine thru the property and on red clay roads......several times a week, if not daily. In order to keep it that clean, I would have to spend a lot of time each day just cleaning, then other jobs around the place would not get done. Glad you can keep yours spotless.

The point I make about the corrosion on one terminal is not based on poor maintenance when no other post corrodes that soon. All are maintained the same so I do not see that as an issue. I even let it go a bit longer and still no other posts corrode even close to as fast as this one. Oh well..............
