yes get some volt readings while charging,and readings after you unplug the charger,, does the solenoid click when this happens, and the cart will not move?? if the charger is plugged in to the cart it will not move, may be you reed switch is going bad

The solenoid does not click ( no sounds at all ). It click when I remove the charger plug.
But when the gas pedal is engaged the solenoid does not click. |

update on my problem found one of the microswitch on the F/R control stuck closed.

What charger are you using?
What Drive system in cart (DCS or Series)? Is the controller stock or aftermarket? What is the battery pack voltage when cart won't run? -------------- oops - didn't read second page - glad you got it going.  |
