Will the red ezgo personality plug help?
I just bought a 2004 EZGO PDS cart and bought a red ezgo personality plug online to increase the speed the cart also has brand new batteries so will it help the speed?

The freedom plug increases the speed to roughly 18mph, so not a huge increase. And of course you can use your brakes - you're encouraged to do so. :p
