Default 83 ez go lift kit

Looking for a good 4 inch lift for my cart, one that don't need any mods made to the cart. Also what are good tire sizes after the lift is installed? Was thinking 20 x 10 x 8. What you got for me where can I look ? Don't want to spend to much on the lift maybe a big Ben or so but I gotta go all out on tires. Lots of sand where I am rolling.

I did 22x10x10 ITP all trails on 10x8 steel wheels with 3+5 offset and 2" ATV engineering spacers on the front. Lifted with an ATV engineering 5" lift. I had to mod a steering link... probably would have to do the mod with a 4" lift. It has held up to my nephew beating it on rough dirt roads and trails and me jumping the cart a few times. I think 8" wheels would be too short for 22" tires...too squishy. .. unless you like to go slow.

I run 8" wheels on most of the carts I build with 22" tires,no issues in on/off road use, mostly hard off roading, jumps, climbing fallen trees,etc..Big-Block Ez-Go,32mph on the trails, and it hasn't been an issue yet.The ply-rating and type of tire make a difference, and for sand you want a wide,2 or 4-ply so it will float, not dig in.The fronts in my avatar pics are perfect for mud and sand, even going fast, the front hits a mud or water hole and stays up,instead of nosing in like other carts I've run on the same trail. This cart has 5" lift too and its a Marathon with a TXT-body.Hope this helps.
