Default new to carts and a new to me cart

Hello all. I just picked up my first cart ever. Its a sorta rough 3 wheeler i have tried to find out the year but no luck. The serial is t74008 but i haven't found anything on it. I got it for 100.00 but was told it needs a rebuild. But i got it running and it seems to run ok but i can figure out if its a lack of power or clutch issue i took it for a ride with the seat off so i could watch what was going on. While driving down the road with it floored it goes to full rpm and the belt goes all the up the first clutch but as soon as up turn in the the grass or hit a hill the rpms stay the same but the clutch opens part way and i just falls flat on its face and barely moves. Thank you for any help

Pictures would be great in helping to determine exactly what you have. Body shot, engine shot, and a good view of your data tag.

Once we know exactly what you have, we will go from there. I don't know if that t74 makes it a 1974 or not.

If the engine is still spinning the same rpm it sounds like your belt is shot and slipping. It opening a little is normal..
