Default EZgo Gas cart question

Hey guys I have question I have a 1981 EZGO 3 wheel cart being that im new to carts the motor seems to run strong but only the left rear wheel seems to get any motion have both tires off currently and everything seems tight and rite but the right rear wont move could it be a drive belt issue????

Try holding the left wheel and see if the right turns. If it does everything is normal.
The best way to check is to put the wheels back on and jack up one side of the cart. The tire that is off the ground should turn.

My 1423 me and brother looked them over pretty good read on one of threads on here that if the cart was sitting for awhile to give em some light taps everything seemed freed up but we could very well be overlooking something like I said were very green at this but I have to say it's awesome thanks for everything everybody
