Maybe going 42v but have mix batteries :/
Just moved some batteries around and have a question
Long story but cliff notes version- Bought cart used has four Brute Force batteries~2 years old and two Powertron newer batteries I was told less than 6 months old(can't find eithers date information) If I go 42v I'm going to get a dpi charger. I researched and mode 2 is the way to go. My issue: buying the 7th battery. Should I get a powertron same specs as the two "newer" ones or a Trojan 605. Both have the same price and would still keep the dpi on mode 2. Or am I being retarded and should just wait patiently until batteries all need replacing, which might be a while Thanks y'all! Prices if someone is curious- I live in fort lauderdale area Powerton- $98 plus $20 core charge plus tax $125 Trojan 605- $106 plus 15% core charge plus tax $129 |
