Jerky ride.
96 36v with stock size rims and tires. Riding on smooth asphalt the cart has variable jerkiness, sometimes it rides smooth and sometimes it jerks. I don't recall it being this way when we first got the cart mid last year. Late last year one of the tires got a hole in it which was unpluggable, so I went to the local cart shop and bought one used rim/tire. Installed that but never really rode because we soon took the cart to get painted. I noticed the jerkiness after the cart came back from paint. I have just been riding it like that since then, so a few days ago I bought a set of used rim and tires hoping to solve the problem. It did help some but some jerkiness is still there. I jacked the rear and ran the cart, didn't notice any wobble. Would balancing the wheels help? Could it be the motor and I'm just thinking it's a wheel or rear end issue? Any input would be appreciated. It's not so annoying that don't want to ride the cart, but would be nice to have a smooth riding cart.
Stock suspension, I did get replacement Amazon shocks for the rear for Xmas. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk |
