2009 Bad Boy EZGO brake issues
I just recently purchased a 2009 Badboy buggy and my brakes won't lock the wheels when parked. Is there a simple adjustment for the parking brake?

You said in another post that it's making a noise, open it up and see if a spring is rattling around first.

Re: 2009 Bad Boy EZGO brake issues
I would think the BBB rear brakes are the same as the EZ-GO rear drum brakes. That being the case (if true) watch this video of how to change the EZ-GO TXT rear brakes. It should answer your questions. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gbRepKCC7So If I were to guess, I would bet that one of the small wires with the springs that hold the brake shoe to the drum wall has either rusted out, or "sprung" lose. Reminds me of the days when I changed brakes on the cars built in the '60's. Yeah....that's pretty much the technology.
