TXT PDS foot pedal micro switch!
I have a 1999 TXT with PDS and the micro switch in the pedal box was broke. I bought a new one through Amazon and I can't put both screws in to make it work. I had to put top screw and tighten down while leaving the switch at a slight angle. If I put both screws in, when I press on the pedal it would have destroyed the new switch. Could there be something out of adjustment or do I need to buy a switch from ezgo that resembles the old one? Thank you any input.

You got the wrong one. They make many different switches.
