So, I found what caused the issues. Someone unplugged the horn and the wire got caught in the F N R switch and shorted out.

Was "someone" the customer or was it disabled before you sold it?
For two hours round trip, "someone" should at least buy you a 36 pack.  |

The cart will have a failure of the F&R switch soon. The lug at 9 o'clock shows signs of getting very hot.

Did the backup beeper work when they drove it away?
3.33 miles to the beer doesn't account for trouble-shooting time at their location. Great photo, by the way. We often get blurry pics from a distance. This one was great. |

Only reason I'm asking is the very first mod I made was to disable the backup beeper. After all, the reason I bought a sparky and not a gasser was stealth. I later reconnected it, with tape to dampen it.
