Default Speed sensor help needed

Have a 2000 ezgo txt electric 36 volt.
Need to replace speed sensor. I have removed c clip and can move sensor quarter inch but can not get it out of motor housing. Any help??

Push sensor back in, wire brush or sandpaper in bore to clean out any crud.

Oh yeah, your issue is not a new one. They are more often than not stubborn to get out.

The shop I deal with told me to wd 40 it and grab with pliers till it pops out
