2019 72V Wiring Diagram / 12v Converter
Have a 2019 72v Freedom cart and looking for a wiring diagram, especially for the 12v converter. 1st I need to find the converter, so if anyone knows where they hid it on the 72's that would help. Then need to find out what the rating on the factory converter is. In process of adding a Sound Bar and additional lights and want to make sure it has the capacity, or if I need to squeeze another converter in.
Thanks for any input. Bowser |

sI'm getting them placed in a few different spots. When I ask, I get asked for the S# for them to look in the "custom shop", ezgos answer for they don't know. Here's a pic of one off the truck from yesterday. Driver side.

Thanks for the info. Found it last night {under a rubber cover} so hopefully will get the soundbar installed this weekend. Thanks for the help...

What soundbar did you get? Let me know how install goes. I ordered a new 72v express L6 yesterday so I will be doing the same when it comes in.

I went with the Bazooka BPB24-G2 sound bar. A riding bud has it on his RZR and the new G2 has good reviews. On the Razor, it is loud. Picked up some angle to do the mount...cut it and now waiting for it to dry.
Was hoping to finish it up tomorrow, but looks like the honey do list might just get in the way. Bowser https://www.bazooka.com/party-bars/b...ed-system.html |

Here is the Bazooka Sound Bar.
I'll do a full review later, but this does sound good and it is loud. Mounting was very easy: it comes with many different ways to install it. The only con that I have so far is the wiring sticks out-it has an aux wire out and the connector is large enough to make routing it somewhat difficult. Going to use some wire look to hide it. It has enough LED lights to land a jet....not sure how much I'll use them, but my 16 year old does like them, and since he did most of the install.... Bowser |

I'm assuming the thicker red/black wires are the 72v supply and the smaller blue/white/yellow wires are 12v? I wish they just put a busbar back there. I need to pull 12v for some lights and want to make sure I get this right. Is it safe to assume Yellow is Positive and and I can pull a ground from the frame? |

Re: 2019 72V Wiring Diagram / 12v Converter
All this stuff (including sub) is supposed to be powered by factory DC converter, sounds iffy to me. Might be asking for trouble. Also, electric carts rarely, if ever, use the frame for a "ground", don't count on yours being any different. That was one of the first No-No's I was taught when I started in this field over a decade ago.
