Finished and it works really great! I made a quick application for phone (Android) to display and record (on demand) then included it in my Android-mirror dashboard.

Idea of the cost of such a project (from USA eBay, I got everything cheaper on AliExpress):

• Arduino Nano (1.78$)
• Relay (0.99$)
• Voltage sensor (0.77$)
• Voltage reducer to 9V (1.99$)
• Bluetooth module (3.18$)
• Screw terminals (0.93$)
• Cable and cable pass through
• Male connector (same as voltage regulator connector)
• Prototype PCB and project box (your choice, but I preferred waterproof with wings to screw it)

By far cheaper than an OEM Voltage regulator (±10$ + box/PCB), easily adjustable (Min/max voltage) to protect other electrical components and convenient to monitor.
