G2 voltage regulator question
Still trouble shooting my G2’s issues....
Basically the motor will turn when I jump the solenoid but not when I press the pedal... Still no start though. Also no power to the key switch So chasing things down with my wiring diagram I followed the black wire, which meets the Negative cable at the starter/generator.... I followed that to the neg fuse, have continuity there... fuse is good... When I check at the voltage regulator... that same black wire has continuity with all three wires at the regulator... Is that normal? It doesn’t seem right but then again this cart is different than a lot of things I worked on before. If it’s abnormal, is it a sign that the regulator needs to be replaced? Is this something that could explain no power to the key? Is this something that could prevent the pedal from turning the starter on? Thanks |
