DPI Charger not working

Hey folks. My 3 month old DPI accusense charger suddenly started flashing the detection light 3 times and shutting off whenever I plug a cart in. I tried the charger on 4 different carts and get the same result. My other charger has no problems with the same carts.
Any ideas what is wrong. I'm planning on contacting dpi on Monday, but thought I'd ask here first.

I'm assuming you tried it on different ac outlets?

Some of the new dpi chargers have an ac power indicator light where it plugs in the back. Definitely try other outlets but look for that as well. They seem to be having a lot of trouble with those boards after the govt got involved.

SOOOO excited I just ordered a gen iv and they’re riddled with problems.

On the bright side, DPI is good with their customer service and/or repairs if needed.

Let’s hope I got a good one. I like the features of the charger. Haven’t used it yet though.

I am having the exact same issue. DPI has basically been unresponsive to my calls. They responded to one email that said it’s likely the relay and they asked me to call them. I have left 2 phone messages and sent two more emails with no reply.

Luckily there is an awesome golf cart dealership that loaned me a Links charger at no cost. I have not spent a dime at this dealership but they were happy to help. Awesome guys!! I would like to get my brand new charger back up and running though.

Finally talked to someone at DPI. They are sending me a new “front” board. The tech told me if the LED lights up with 110V the front board is bad, if it does not, the back board is bad.
