RXV - speaker in glovebox?

I was looking for ideas for doing a stealth stereo install and speaker placement on my 2016 RXV. A few days ago I saw where someone put speakers in the outerwall of the glovebox and like the idea enough I copied the pic. I've been looking for hours and can't find where I found it...

I'm curious about how it sounds, what size speaker fits, is a low profile speaker required? Did he box in the back or use dynamat or polyfill?

Is anyone familiar with this install?

I seen the same picture just a few days ago but can't find it. I do remember that they were using polyfill behind the speaker. I'll look at my history and see if I can't find it.
