Default Got a little scared for a minute

Walked by the cart this morning while I was getting ready to head out for work and about had a heart attack when I noticed my meter was at 26v. I thought I had a serious issue with my lithium pack. Was quickly trying to do the math of what that 27v was per cell, while also trying to think about what the heck drew it down so quick and how long it would take to dc the reducer and Bms. It didn’t take too long before I realized I better confirm the number. Pulled out the dvm and was very happy to see 58.0 on the screen.

I’ve never been so happy to have to order a replacement part.

Been seeing those meters fail a lot lately. Including two of mine. Wish there were a better quality option available. Glad it wasn’t true though!

Been there with my FLA batteries in the past. Went out to use the cart one day, unplugged the charger that was in float mode and noticed my digital meter reading 33v. I too was glad to replace a faulty part instead perfectly fine batteries.
