Help with fuel
G22 Yamaha 2006
I removed Fuel line going to carb and hit gas pedal and i get no fuel. I took off entire pump and placed on my ergo rxv and hit the pedal and gas flows like crazy. Why not with the g22. I’m stumped. |

Re: Help with fuel
It could be the vacuum pulse line is cracked or disconnected.
There's 3 lines on a vacuum fuel pump. 1 comes from the tank, 1 goes to the carb. Then there is a 3rd rubber line coming from the engine that provides vacuum to the pump. Look for that line and replace it. |

Re: Help with fuel
It's possible you could have a plugged line? Some Yamaha carts had a fuel filter built into the suction line in the tank. If you disconnect the fuel supply line, it should run freely by gravity.
