Default USB charger w/ no lights and no battery drain

need some ideas for a USB charging port to install on the golf cart. Really don't want to cut any holes in the golf cart but will if it's smaller and hidden somewhat. Wanting something that doesn't light up all the time. Don't want to drain the battery. THANKS
