Default Where does yellow wire go?

Finally getting all the bugs worked out. On the left side I see a yellow wire with a fuse and a eyelet on the end of the wire like it could attach to the neg. post. (not long enough to reach over to pos. post) I have traced it out. It is in a separate black wire in a loom going to head light switch. Appears to be factory installed. I don't see a voltage reducer anywhere and if it does go to the neg. post. I thought anything hooked to the neg. post without hooking on back side would affect the charging?. (05 carryall)

I think you'd get more help here if you were a little more specific. "05 Carryall" could be a wide number of different vehicles. There are lots of different types of carryalls with several different available drive systems. What's your vehicle serial number?

The "F" Prefix tells me that it's a 48 volt electric system, but it does not indicate the drive system. I'm assuming it has a lever operated F&R switch and does NOT have a switch under the seat for TOW/RUN? Correct?

Correct. 48 volt F&R lever on tow/run switch.

Post # 3 in the following thread will show you the wiring for your vehicle. The only difference is the illustration shows a multi-step potentiometer, where your car would have an mcor. Everything else is identical.
