Default Powerwise charger

I know this had been discussed but I cannot find the post. I have a powerwise charger that does everything that it's supposed to do, except it doesn't shut off. It gets down to just a few amps on the gauge, but keeps charging away. What needs replaced? Capacitor? Control board?
TIA.

Likely the control board.

Has it been this way a long time or did the problem just start? It’s possible somebody could have bypassed the relay, likely because it was bad but you never know.

The charger is new to me, so I can't say. I guess I'll open it up and take a look.

do you have a converter or any other device that could be drawing power off the battery pack ?

No, this happens on a completely stock cart. I ordered a control board. I guess we'll see then.
