2016 Ezgo Gas TXT Freedom Carburetor

Have a 2016 gas TXT Freedom SN: 3205561
Last summer it was showing signs of difficulty to start without choking at each start up. It sat for the winter.
Two months ago, we dropped it off for service due to not starting at all.
After 3 weeks of the service shop not even looking at it, they called and said it was fixed.
It did start to load on the trailer.
Brought it to our destination and it wouldn't start. We see they installed a new fuel pump which had air bubbles in it. The clip on the hose to the gas tank is missing. We checked the carburetor (dirty) and once we took the intake hose off, dirty gas poured out of it.
We loaded it back up and took it to the same repair shop. Two weeks later and they haven't looked at it.
I have been trying to locate the parts manual SN: 631720 just to find out what the part number is to the carburetor that I am going to need to buy and have installed.
Or does anyone here have any suggestions? I am not mechanically inclined but feel I need to do something to get this thing going again.
