Default Looking for Workhorse Complete Body Kit

I just joined this forum, looking to build a 2001+ EZGO TXT. I've been looking for a complete Workhorse body kit, does anyone know of an aftermarket company that sells one.

The front cowl will swap directly on no modification necessary.

The rear of a workhorse is a completely different body and frame, and if you’re looking for the rear workhorse body you’re better off selling your txt and just buying a workhorse.

Didn’t know there was a short body version of a workhorse. How does the bed mount, particularly the back where the hinges are? I’ve had several workhorses, but they were all long body. And while similar, the frame looked quite different. Last one I scrapped, but you can see where the frame is at the top.

Maybe if there is a short wheelbase workhorse it may be doable… Still seems like you’d be better off just getting a workhorse if that’s what you’re wanting. As it’s still gonna take some fabrication and structural welding.

Added a pic of the body off a TXT and workhorse for comparison. They do look pretty similar except for the length of frame at the top where the bed sits. The TXT doesn’t have any provisions strong enough to mount the bed hinges in the back either, but didn’t take pictures back there when I had one.

800 was a short body version and there were a few 1000 out there too. Hinges are on a frame weldment that bolts on. Here is the diagram
