still wont hurt to clean those air passages. Why overheat it if not necessary......just a thought.

Re: EZGO Shuttle 6
Thanks. This is my second build. I just finished a G1 stretch that I swapped out the cowl from from a G16. (G1 Limo thead in Member rides). It was almost a 2 year project. Then I really fell into this one. I work at a country club and we have 3-4 of these carts. Well, about a year and a half ago I noticed one parked out behind the cart barn. Long story short, I started asking around and found out that it had some engine issues. I asked my manager about the cart and he didn't want to deal with it at that time. So I waited a few months and brought it up again. It happened to be the right time and he said just to take it to play around with. So I really got it for FREE. Just the right place at the right time. So now I hope to customize it and get it up in the air a bit with a roll cage, a little more motor and some bigger meats. Take all the things I learned on the first build and take it a step further, or as far as the funds will allow.
Take care. Chris. |

Re: EZGO Shuttle 6
The E-Z-GO Shuttle 6 looks really good with the ST front cowl and lifted. Check out the ST Express on the E-Z-GO website. Good luck with your build. Looking forward to pictures of your progress!

Re: EZGO Shuttle 6
Chris,
Looks like a great project. You should enjoy the Yamaha that you just finished and I should drive out this weekend and load the ez-go up and take it home. I'm just trying to give you some time to enjoy your previous build. Good luck Chris, we'll be watching. |

Essness,
I sort of think the thrill of the build is more exciting then dirve through the neighborhood. But I'll give it some seat time before to see for sure. Thanks for all your support. Chris |
