2005 TXT wont go
ok guys need some help my 05 TXT wont move the solenold just clicks, checked all conections all good, after it sat for a little bit like 1 hr it worked fine. Used it today for a little bit then it sat for like 3 hrs and my daughter went to ride it and the same thing just clicks. i have a alltrax controler but never up graded the solenold should i start with that ? TY

Sounds like the solenoid is going bad ... what controller do you have?

scotty its a DCX 500 PDS only set at 80% output.

You are going to need a HD solenoid. Minimum 200 amp continuous, 800 amp peak or better. Your stock solenoid is only 100 amp

ok this is driving me nuts, the cart runs great in cooler weather when its hot 80 plus the cart just clicks still, put new solenold on the one for the altrax but it still shuts down in hot weather ????????

So you got a new solenoid from Scotty, and now its doing it again, what solenoid and have you called Chuck from Alltrax and talked to him about it?

Yeh? Sorry, I never saw that call for a solenoid.... What solenoid did you get from Ev ?

Well talk to Carl then, like Scotty stated you will want a larger solenoid for that little monster, the stock one will not cut it. I would recommend the MZJ200 with a 3 amp diode, but that's just my opinion.
