Gaminde is right... it does NOT come with the magnet, however, if the magnet isn't broken, it's probably ok. Very rarely do they break. And if it IS broken, you probably don't need the sensor. You either need one or the other. The odds of the magnet and the sensor failing at the exact same time are slim to none.

Did we ever get this cart fixed? I had to do mine last year and I needed to take the motor off and apart to get all the parts in. It was a good thing too. The magnet and sensor went bad because water had gotten in there. I cleaned it all up and all is well AND quiet.

I'm curious as well, I just bought a bunch of the magnets, was going to use a couple and sell the rest, turns out I have the GE motor and they wont work. (Cart was different location when ordering) Curious if anyone is interested in some?
