Tahoe,
do you mean the red and blue that go to the 6-pin connector?
Thanks in advance

TahoeDawg,
You are the man!(despite what your wife says)
Had to go check your 2 wire theory and it took off like a rocket! Know its probably in my head but seems faster after good charge with new charger.

Anyway, thanks for all replies and help

I found 2 on board chargers -4 banks each.

wonder why you would choose the NOCO Genus as compared to the Dual Pro Sportsman. I imagine you did some reasearch in the past

I'm not too concerned with what she says. She knows who the man is! lol. Glad it worked out.

ForBruce,
made my decision strictly from past experience. Done several custom boats in the past and used the Genuis chargers to charge the aux batts for stereo systems and charge the starting battery. Was familar with it and they performed good in past. $275 shipped

I have been charging and discharging batteries(but not below 50%) and each time I do it I get better results. I was already set to buy new batts since mine are 07 trojans. But after cycles I am at 52v and take it out and run it wide open for over an hour and come back and check it and still 48v+. Time will tell if it holds up.

My only regret now is wishing I would have bought the 5 bank charger so I could charge my Optima battery in dash!

Where did you buy yours at $275

I like the fact that the Genus operates at 70-130 volts as the power in the campground does fluxuate down.

the dual pro sportsman says 115 volt..don't know if it accepts lower voltage without reducing output

I am hesitating cause i found ourt my automatic desulphanator will not activate until it see the 52 volts during regular charging. The 4 bank will not produce this.

Decided to move the onboard charger from between the batteries due to excessive heat and not being able to see indicator lights. Now have to get new dash installed and get it all cleaned
