I'm assuming if I change the blue and orange on the controller that would be the same as switching posts on the motor? When I switch blue and orange. It runs forward with buzzer sounding. Then I switched the wires on the F/R switch. Then it goes backwards with buzzer sounding, but still no forward (no solenoid kicking in). Orange wire is in the center of the F/R switch.

Starting to sound like a bad F&R switch.. Make a jumper wire. Jump the orange to the blue for reverse, orange to the brown for forward. If it works both ways, replace switch.

Ding Ding Ding!!!! We have a winner!

Great call TahoeDawg. It was the F/R switch. Used the jumper and it works great. I did have to switch my Orange and Blue wires on the motor since it was running forward with the buzzer on. That stands to reason since when I installed my Plum Quick motor last spring I had to reverse the blue and orange wires from their original positions to make it run correctly.

Thanks a bunch TahoeDawg! You saved me a pile of fretting over this thing

Where should I order the F/R switch from?

A site sponsor or a dealership. They're cheap. Glad it worked out for ya buddy. You can try and take it apart and see if you can see the problem. They have prongs on them that pop loose to allow you to disassemble it. It's a very simple design internally and you should be able to figure out how it works by looking at it. Sometimes the little rocker inside it will fall out of place.
