Forward is reverse?

This one has me stumped, just connected a new alltrax DCX 400 controller, new solenoid and OBC. At first got no powerup. checked connections and switches,fuses, all good, there is 1 red connector on the main harness, and a spare matching connector from power, not the same gauge wire but when I connect them everything powered up, led flashed green x7 and then steady, all good. But I flick the tow switch to run and put FR switch to forward it goes in reverse, and good speed, I flick to reverse and buzzer sounds cart moves steady speed forward. All wire colors match diagram and terminals, what am I missing?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated just to finalise and brief history, I bought the cart not running with the mentioned electrics missing, it's a 07 precedent iq
New batteries and charger operates normally cheers Paul

I think I found the problem, the only thing I haven't needed to touch, the motor! For some reason the F1 and F2 at the shunt motor were reversed, changed them as per diagram and all good. I think that is the problem.

That was indeed your problem, Sir!

Those are the the 10g black and white wires plugged into the top passenger side of the controller. You must have had them switched, white goes on your right.
