I see now that it must be the timer that failing to switch the relay on to charge the batteries. Maybe there is something the timer is not getting from the cart or the timer is just bad...

You're right about the cost. Looks like about $150. I can get a new one on ebay between 250 and 300. I think I will just get the timer If it doesn't fix it, I'll return the timer and buy a new charger.

Mine just want bad. I figured it was the relay or the PC board. I jump relay and it charges.. think my PC board number is. 13720RVB. looks like it was replaced back in 1989.
