Thanks Tom will try a reset as nothing has been disconnected since it last worked ok. When you press the pedal it just gives a little jolt and thats it.

try the reboot but i get the feeling it might be the controller.......there are a series of tests to do 1st.....as i said its to much cash to just slap one in..........................
