send it to me My batteries are getting low and I don't want to buy new ones !!!

you can pop the cover off and there should be calibration resistors in there little flat round things with screwdriver slot in the middle. take a picture of them or mark them before starting and while measuring a 1.5 volt battery calibrate it, if the volts reading does not change with very little movement put it back and go to the next one. also check the batteries in the meter.

so 1.5 divided by 1.9 = .78947 and .78947 times 63 = 49.7366 keep it your getting low yourself.

Just put a new battery in my meter and now it gives an accurate reading. I feel like an idiot...
The cart is now charging. I will test the volts again after the batteries rest overnight and post back my voltages.

Thanks for the help. I hope my batts are good for at least a couple of years, as the cart is an '07 and don't think that the batts are original, although they say club car on the tops.

more than likely are not new, I just bought an 06 with original batteries.
good for you on the meter no adjustments for you. I have always had trouble checking my meter batteries, when I take them out the meter doesn't work.

Charger has been off for about 1 hr, now getting 50.3v across the batts. Will check again in the morning. I hope my batts are at least 80-90% good.

Thanks for all the help, this site and all you guys are great!

49.99 volts across all batts, following an overnight rest. I guess my batts are about 80% at best. I wonder how long they will last until I have to buy new ones?

Thanks for the help guys, I now feel educated on deep cycle batteries!

might want to check each battery voltage individually... you could have one weak battery bringing down the whole pack.

a single float hydrometer is a great tool for identifying problematic cells. they are only like $8 for a good one!
