I am working on a cart for someone it is a 96 with a rocker switch, having electrical problems

The cart slows down sometimes after a bump, it has a wiring system that is different from the rest of the 96 carts. It has a rocker forward/reverse, a small rectangular box under the passenger seat that looks like it controls the speed. I am looking for a wiring diagram or information.

Serial #9632516050, he talked to someone last year and they told him it was a experimental cart.
