Default Lights on 96 club series not working

I purchased a 96 club car yesterday. It appeared to have a factory light kit, but I might be wrong. There is a pull type switch on the dash and what appears to be a dimmer on the floor. I have no lights at all. Can someone tell me where to find a diagram, or start troubleshooting?

welcome tom BGW well you need to start by seeing if you have power to the lights......than your gonna want to know if the cart has a voltage reducer or if lights are running off of 16 volts..........this is a 48 volt cart ?? look at the batteries for any extra wires other than battery cables and see if there are any fuses .........it might help if you post some pics......lights can be wires a bunch of different ways but 1st you need to start by seeing if there is any power going to them..............................

Thanks, guys. I found my problems. All the bulbs were burned out because they were trying to operate the lights on 24 volts. I moved the tap on the battery bank back one battery to get 16 volts and changed all the bulbs. The floor switch is a dimmer. I hope the bulbs can handle the 16 volts. If I start burning them out I will go to 8, but I am afraid that will be pretty dim.

8 isn,t gonna cut it if they don,t handle the 16 and most do than put a 48 volt to 12 volt reducer in it..................................

16v should work but will be pretty bright . . my son's CC was running lights on 16v, but went to 8v because it was blinding the campers
