1985 36v club car
I have a 1985 club car I have replaced all the solenoids and the guide for the micro switches I have all new battery cables. When I push the pedal it pulls out smooth and will run good for awhile then I have to take pressure of the pedal and push it back down I may have to do this several times before it comes back up to speed. I was told it could be the 3 resistors behind the solenoids? I lifted the cart and it seems like all the solenoids are clicking along with the micro switches. Also all of the batteries test good 36 volt all batters read 37 volts plus I have installed the 3 risistors and it runs better (faster) but still does the same thing as before

Does it only do this when rolling? Does it ever not go from a stop? I'm wondering if maybe you don't have an intermittent MS (micro switch)at the F&R?

It starts good but then fads, however it may go 2 blocks before it slows and also I have noticed that when you put it in reverse and press the pedal it jumps sometimes

Have you replaced the MS micro switches? Maybe you have one or more intermittent MS?

My take would be he was talking about the switches in the box with the nylon slide. There are 5 and each goes to a separate solenoid.
