Default 1999 electric Club Car

My cart was lifted with a Z-Lift in the front and longer shackles in the rear. I want to replace the single rear leaf spring with a heavy duty 4 leaf spring to give it more stability. Won't the 4 leaf springs bolt right to the shackles like the single leaf? The manufacter says the 4 leaf is not to be used on lifted carts. Can someone shed a little light on this before I order the new ones? Thanks in advance.

i wish i could help but i,m not sure with a Z lift because when they use that lift they have to cut the frame of the cart and i don,t know how that might play into it, hang tight someone should know............................

Assuming the stock single leaf spring is still mounted under the axle, the CC HD springs should bolt right up in same position but may add to rear lift height . . . I am sure someone who has been down this road already will chime in . . .

Thanks guys, if the rear of the cart is a inch or two higher that would be fine. I'm gonna order them and hope like the dickens they fit.
Thanks again.
