G16 Surge-Stall-Surge-Stall... FIXED
Thought the neighbors problem was fuel related. Drained gas tank, cleaned carburetor, replaced fuel pump. Then got serious. Cleaned air scoop shroud of a bird's and wasp's nest. The next compartment behind this contained a dead mouse and his/her nest. Turned out to be the TCI (magneto) heating up and shorting out. Why not?????????? Neighbor happy!!
