07 Club Car Port Under Dash

What is the port under the dash on an 07 club car? Looks like a port to be able to trouble shoot however, I am not sure.

U guessed right ! Now U can take it to a person who has given $500. for the Diag SW and they can tell U what is says , if U pay them $$

Well sorta , if it's a problem in the old days U had to have someone lay hands on the cart and they charged U .
This is also the access port which makes the cart go faster (which they control)
Most (IQ = your cart) come with the speed code set at 2 which is 10-12 mph.
If U want speed then you have to buy speed code 3 , unless U can find a dealer to do it for free 12-15 mph ($50-$100).
But speed code 4 requires a unlock Software Key (16-20 mph) , which can only be issued by Club Car , generally $100-$150.
There are ways and devices around it but they also cost $$.
