Longer wheel studs
Hey, I am fitting new wheels to my buggy and want to put a wheel spacer on there to make it fill the arch as they are a bit narrower than the existing wheels.
Does anybody know the specs for the wheel studs, spline length, thread size etc please. I want to get longer wheel studs but don’t want to get the wrong ones. Thanks a million. Ben Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

Re: Longer wheel studs
According to the parts lists, the lug studs threads are 1/2-20 but doesn't show the length of the splines or lug itself.
There are 1/2" wheel spacers that may be easier to install rather than replacing all of the lugs... ? |

I second Lockman. Why wouldn't you just get wheel spacers that have studs mounted in them already? I run this kind of spacer on both my carts. They work great.

Re: Longer wheel studs
Thanks guys. I already got some spacers but they don’t have the bolts. I need to decide to flog them on eBay and get spacers or persevere. Do you chaps have a link please folks.
Thanks as always Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: Longer wheel studs
Here's a link to some 2" spacers that would fit your cart. Not sure what width you needed.
