Default Star 48V Will not run

I have a a star 48V 6 passenger cart. It has a Curtis 1244 Controller. Troubleshooting LED Code 3,4. Contactor issue.

Contactor is new. Checked Throttle Potentiometer and is OK.

When I press the throttle pedal the contactor pulls in, then drops out after a second. No wheel turn.

Have had the Controller rebuilt by FSIP.

Any ideas, anyone have a service manual, wiring diagram, troubleshooting guide?

Thank you,
Ken

I assume you tested the motor? if the brushes are worn completely down you can get this behavior and its a cheap maintenance item to replace in many cases if caught before controller damage is done.. That or possible a throttle sensor wiring issue would be my guesses the only other thing I could think of is a parameter is not programmed correctly in the controller. Are you absolutely sure the controller you got back was the same one your sent in to be rebuilt and that they retained your parameters?

Yes...I checked the motor. Seem OK. The controller I sent in is the one that was returned to me. I checked the throttle sensor and it appears OK.
