1982 G1 grounding issue
I have an 82 G1 gas cart and I am trying to hook up a stereo, everytime I have it installed it blows a fuse to the solenoids and wont run. I have the stereo grounded to the battery just like all of the forums say. I can't seem to figure this one out, any adivse would be helpful. Thanks...

That should work. Double check to make sure the ground isn't touching anything. Is the positive to the battery as well?

Will keep on top of this thread as I have an 81 G1 that \i have bought a radio for. It will be my winter project to instal it.

Yes, the + is connected to the battery as well. I will double check and see if any of the wires are touching the frame. Will get back with results.
