full speed ahead

i have a 1993 club car with electronic box. the problem is it goes to full speed as soon as i push pedal. could the black box be bad. i checked the throttle assembly the swith in the box was bad and installed a new solenoid. thanks for anyu reply

With the key off and the rear up on jack stands ......... remove the cover from the black pie shaped V-glide under the drive's side seat...... operate the gas peddle and see if the wiper arm is intact and makes a full sweep of all of the copper lugs?
