![]() I use this golfcart at Burning Man (August, Nevada desert) and have the normal six 8-volt batteries. I understand that it can be powered directly with a generator. I currently top off the batteries with 4 solar panels running through
a solar charge controller that puts out 48volts. Anyone have experience with this? I would like to use my small, quiet Honda 2000 generator. |

![]() To be able to run cart off generator it would be too big and heavy to be useful and would use more gas OR propane than normal house power costs? Maybe Trailer mounted would work??
Look up under "search site" above for more info from forum members on both subjects. |
