79 harley de3 - full speed only
I have a 79 harley that will only run at full speed. when you hit the gas the time delay works, then you just about get whiplash when it takes off. All of the solenoids test good. Any ideas on why the lower speeds don't work or what I can test for whould be great. Thanks
