It sounds funny. So what wins the golden turd award? The ugliest? The nicest looking/slowest cart? The fastest most dirty one? Any combination? Also do carts actually enter the golden turd contest?...really just curiosity.

Slowest, ugliest, whatever strikes one's fancy. Usually there is someone that sticks out in the crowd. All in good fun. No special entry is required.

Wife was really wanting to attend.......... But I got called out for work on the 6th and just got home yesterday evening...... Money over fun as there is no fun without money.

Hope it all went well and everyone had a lot of fun!

Sure. We had some rather catastrophic motor failures. I had 2 arc out but another participant had a re-enactment of the 4th of July.
