Re: early 90's motor
It depends on the motor , I know that sounds like a cop out but it is true.
Also depends on the Load, are U running at top end all the time , how much weight it is pulling , ... etc .. lots of Variables. |

Re: early 90's motor
well i didnt even start to build the cart yet but im planing on not having any lift so im goin to run stock size tires, and hopefully i should be running it WOT all the time.....but this cart will just be for playing around on the road and not get that much use and as far as weight i want to make the cart as light as i can but then im goin to have my fat a$$ on it and maybe a drunk buddy but thats it

Re: early 90's motor
Normally U have only 3 easy choices due to the Battery housing,
6 slots x 6 Volt=36 , 6 slots x 8 Volt=36 , 6 slots x 12 Volt=72 And I do not think the motor will handle 72 Volt. You can add 2 extra 6 volt to the Carry well to get to 48 Volt. But if your buying all new Batteries the I say go with 6 x 8 Volt. If 20+ mph is not enough speed then buy a seat belt for your buddy and go with Bigger Wheels and tires :)) Just my openion |
