Default Bushings, for jakes lift

I am looking for the Bushings that go on the bolts from a arm to spring. I am not really good on a computer. I have looked on jakes site and found nothing. I was thinking about going to auto parts store. Might find something from after market that will work. Who ever put lift on tightened down so much the bushings are smashed. Pulled through the a arms. Just wondering what ya'll Think. After market seems to be the better choice to me.

I went to Auto Zone. Picked up a set of Energy Suspension sway bar bushings. They are the same size. Every thing I needed for $ 12.99

Probably a much better choice! Sounds like the way I do things.

Disclaimer: (Not saying my way is always the best or most prudent route!)

Overkill is the only way to go. If stock is good, I want to make it better.
