Default Gas EzGo with no spark, looking for testing help

Hey guys. I have a 97 Exgo TXT with the EH29C engine, that I can not find the issue with no spark. Customer brought it in this way, but someone has thrown money at parts as it has a new ignitor, solenoid, generator, coil and voltage regulator. No idea on brand but they're definitely new. Voltage seems to test low to me, at the usual power points but everything seems intact. Do I need to check the pulsar underneath? Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

Check the connection where your pulser coil plugs in. Look at where the pins connect and see if the female part has spread open. Seen this more than once.
Also you said parts had been installed. I am betting aftermarket ones .
When you connect a test light ( pointed end ) to coil terminals leaving them on the coil and spin it over does the test light stay solid or flash ?

So, put the test light in the plug end of the coil terminals?

Wires disconnected when testing ?
White wire should be hot with them disconnected. It goes around to solenoid changing from the red wire that leaves the small terminal on solenoid to white in harness. The white wire should flash that test light if disconnected from coil terminal. Both wires should flash when connected. If they don't you need to look back in the area where ignitor is mounted to make sure everything is making good connection.
Grounding issues are found a lot on these carts
