AGC's 2011 Drag Cart Build
Ok, I went to my local battery store to look at batteries. He had some Odyssey PC925L's on the shelf. So I asked him about them. He said new they were about $150 each, and that they were to expensive for him to sell. I asked him how much the ones on his shelf were because I knew they had been there for a while. He said that they had been there on his shelf for about two years, and He wanted rid of them. He said he would sell them to me for $10, yes ten dollars each. so I bought all 6.
I know they probly wont give the performance new ones would but fore $10 each, I don't think I went wrong. I can at least use them for mock up and testing, right? |

No, I think I'll stay 48v. Are these the batteries you use in you drag cart?

Re: You see junk, I see the fastest electric ever
Can you post the voltage before you charge them... And after a full charge.... A full charge with that battery should be 14.7 volts....

Re: You see junk, I see the fastest electric ever
OK, Here's the battery voltages..
Battery A 12.2v Battery B 12.2v Battery C 12.3v Battery D 12.4v At what amp range should I charge these at? I have a 1-5 amp, 5 amp, and 15 charger. Should I charge them one at a time or 4 hooked together? |
